- It operates under a defined contribution plan. The retirement benefit consists of contributions from the employer and/or the employee, as well as investment returns.
- Group Insurance Program: The program aims to provide supplementary insurance protection, in addition to the primary and auxiliary social insurance. It provides Insurance coverage for life, disability and in- and out-of-hospital medical expenses.
- Check-ups: Medical check-ups at reputed diagnostic centers that cover both standard medical tests and specialized ones, for both men and women.
- Health offers: medical services are offered at special prices to the Athens International Airport employees as a result of the extended network that the Athens International Airport has formed with hospitals and diagnostic centers.
- Transportation to/from work: Employees may select each year, one transportation alternative for commuting to work (company bus, tolls allowance, free pass for the public transport or fuel allowance).
- Meal allowance: Monthly meal allowance in the form of a ticket restaurant card.
- Christmas gift voucher: Gift card contribution during Christmas holiday season towards the expenses of a festive dinner.
- Marriage and Birth Allowance: Monetary lumpsum allowance to newlyweds and new parents employees to contribute to the new life beginnings.
- Nursery Allowance: Lumpsum amount granted annually to eligible employees with children up to 5 years of age.
