TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAR PARK BOOKING (E-PARKING)
AT THE PASSENGER CAR PARKING FACILITIES
OF ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

1. CONTRACT 

1.1. General Information
When parking is booked on www.aia.gr , or via the website any other Third Party (e.g. Aegean, Olympic Air, Parkaround etc.) an agreement is concluded between the User and ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT S.A. (“AIA”), at Spata, Attica 190 19, with Tax Number 094440299, Tax Authority FAE Athinon.

Each confirmed booking as detailed in the Booking Confirmation Email shall constitute a contract between the User and AIA. Once a booking is confirmed, AIA is committed to provide parking at Athens International Airport to the User for the period requested by the User and at the car park requested by the User (at Short Term 1 & 2, at Long Term, at Economy and Valet Parking). The booked parking space in the car park is unspecified.

1.2. Contracting Parties and Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions any reference to "you" and "your" refers to any person who is deemed by AIA to have made a car park booking.

All references to the "Airport" in this document mean Athens International Airport.

The term "Booking Confirmation Email" means the email sent to you by AIA confirming all details of your booking.

The term "Booking Reference Number" means the unique number assigned to your car park booking and contained in the Booking Confirmation Email sent to you by AIA. This number should be retained safely as it will be necessary for any further communication with AIA regarding the booking.

The term "Parking" means the period of time and in general the duration of required or requested by the user or minimum required vehicle parking, within any of the parking areas selected by the User, which begins at the date and time of entry and shall expire on the date and time of exit, as described in the online booking service.

The term "Booking Confirmation Email" means the email sent to you by AIA confirming all details of your booking.

The term “Management Contractor” means the société anonyme under the name “Cityzen Parking & Services”, responsible for the management and operation of the Passenger Car Parking Facilities of the Airport by providing the parking services, and its employees, agents and representatives thereof.

The term “Damage” includes death of or personal injury sustained by Users and others within the Passenger Car Parking Facilities, partial or total property loss, partial or total destruction, partial or total theft of the Vehicle, partial or total theft of any property/personal items inside the Vehicle, or any other damage/loss, material or not, caused by or Users and/or Third Parties or to Users and/or to Third Parties, or is related to the condition of the Vehicles, the Vehicles themselves or related in general to the use of the Passenger Car Parking Facilities of the Airport and to parking thereat.

The term “Vehicle” means any Vehicle entering the Passenger Car Parking Facilities and parked thereat, and includes automotive wheeled vehicles, together with the equipment and accessories thereof, excluding motorcycles, ATVs, bikes and tow trucks, since they are not allowed at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities.

The term “Passenger Car Parking Facilities” means the Short Term parking facilities 1 & 2, the Long Term and Economy parking facilities and the Valet Parking at Athens International Airport as may be designated from time to time for car parking by AIA.

The term “User” means any natural or legal person which has made a reservation for parking through the AIA website (www.aia.gr) or the website of any other Third Party (e.g. Aegean, Olympic Air, Parkaround etc.) within the Passenger Car Parking Facilities of the Airport.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all parking reservations at the Airport made electronically, either through AIA’s website (www.aia.gr) or through Third Parties and shall be fully subject to them.

1.3. Liability

The Management Contractor of the Passenger Car Parking Facilities and AIA shall not be held liable in case of any Damage caused at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities under Term and Condition No 2.2 of the present document. Any provision in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

The general terms and conditions for parking at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities at AIA as set out in the notices at the entrance to each car park and as detailed in paragraph 2 herein, apply to all Passenger Car Parking Facilities at the Airport whether booked or otherwise.

AIA reserves the right at its absolute own discretion and at any time to modify these Terms and Conditions but once you have made an online booking the applicable Terms and Conditions are those posted on the website at the time of booking. However Users must not assume that the Terms and Conditions that applied on one occasion will continue to apply on another occasion. The Users shall be deemed to have read all the Terms and Conditions and to be fully aware of the terms of them before making any booking.

AIA can vary or withdraw at its sole discretion and at any time any offers without prior notice.

AIA is supplying you with car parking under this contract and will not be responsible for any costs, compensation costs or expenses relating to any flights or other services that you may have arranged. You are at all times responsible for ensuring that you allow sufficient time for car parking relating to any onward air journey and travel arrangements.

1.4. Force Majeure

AIA shall not be liable for any cancellation, curtailment or otherwise caused by reason of:

  • War (whether declared or undeclared), invasion, armed conflict or act of foreign enemy in each case involving or directly affecting the Hellenic Republic;
  • Revolution, riot, insurrection or other civil commotion, act of terrorism or sabotage in each case within the Hellenic Republic;
  • Nuclear explosion, radioactive or chemical contamination or ionising radiation, unless the source or cause of the explosion, contamination, radiation or hazardous thing is brought to or near the Airport Installations;
  • Strikes, working to rule, go-slows and/or lockouts, which are in each case widespread, nation-wide or political;
  • Any effect of the natural elements, including lightning, fire, earthquake, tidal wave, flood, storm, cyclone, typhoon, hurricane or tornado;
  • Any technical problems in the transportation, closure or congestion of airports, cancellations or alterations of flights by airlines, suspension of operations of the Airport and / or Passenger Car Parking Facilities due to an emergency and any similar event outside of its sphere of influence AIA;
  • Explosion (other than a nuclear explosion or an explosion resulting from an act of war);
  • Epidemic or plague.

1.5. AIA’s Right to Cancel or Provide Alternative Passenger Car Parking Facilities

AIA reserves the right if prevented from supplying the car park for any reason to cancel the contract or provide an equivalent alternative car park area. In the event of such circumstances AIA will use its best endeavors to provide you as much notice as possible.

In the event of cancellation of the contract by AIA, the User will not be charged for the booking and AIA will not be responsible for any other costs, which you may incur as a result.

1.6. Personal Data Protection

In order to provide the Service, the following personal data is collected and processed: Surname / Name / email address / telephone / Billing and Payment Details as well as Vehicle Registration Information as detailed below in Section 3.

Parking reservation cannot be processed unless the required fields are duly submitted.

AIA, as the Data Controller, states that it abides by and complies with all the provisions of EU Regulation 2106/679 related to the processing of data subject’s personal data, insofar as the provision of Services with regard to car parking booking affects personal data of the service users by way of collection, processing and/or further transfer thereof. Further information regarding AIA’s Personal Data Protection Policy is available at: https://www.aia.gr/en/privacy

The data collected in relation with your car park booking is not be used for any purpose other than the processing required for the implementation of reserving parking service at Athens International Airport.

Processing of personal data for additional purposes, as these are clearly presented on the e-parking platform is allowed only when the User explicitly gives his/her consent. In case the User wishes to revoke prior consent, he/ she should contact AIA at the email: privacy@aia.gr

The personal data of all users of the parking service is further processed by the following AIA’s Data Processors, who comply with the applicable data protection legislation:

  • DOPE STUDIO", Mesogeion 451, 153 43, Ag. Paraskevi, Attica (hello@wearedope.com) is the developer of the consent management application,
  • "E-parking" data are processed by the website developer, Chauntry Ltd, New Century House, Cordwallis Street, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 7BE, UK (enquire@chauntry.com),
  • The parking operator, Cityzen Parking and Services S.A., Kifissias Ave 294 & Tzouna 1, 145 63 Kifissia (privacy@cityzen.com.gr),
  • The parking management system, is developed, provided and supported by DESIGNA, Verkehrsleittechnik GmbH, Faluner Weg 3, 24109 Kiel, GERMANY (stefan.timm@designa.com),
  • Grammedia LTD (ContactPigeon), Leof. Pentelis Str. 74, Chalandri 15234 (help@contactpigeon.com) undertakes the email marketing campaigns on our behalf and Mindshare Media Company, 350 Kifisias & Chr.Lada Chalandri GR 15233, runs our digital advertising campaigns.

Users’ personal data is retained at our parking database for 5 years from receipt date.

AIA takes all appropriate measures to facilitate the data subjects’ rights, with regard to their data processing, i.e. right to access, rectify, delete, transfer their personal data, as well as the right for objection and restriction to data processing. The exercise of any right may affect the provision of the Service and may be subject to applicable regulatory restrictions.

Furthermore, the Uses have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority at: www.dpa.gr/

1.7. Law - Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any agreement for the reservation of car parking service, made between you and AIA (Parties) via AIA’s website (www.aia.gr), either through Third Parties’ website (Aegean, Olympic Air, Parkaround etc.) is governed by/and interpreted in accordance with Greek Law.

Every effort will be made so that any dispute arising between the Parties under or in connection with this agreement will be resolved in an amicable manner. In the event that a dispute remains unresolved within fifteen (15) days from the day the dispute has been notified in writing and despite good faith efforts of the Parties, either Party may then refer the dispute to mediation by sending a written mediation request (“Mediation Request”) to the other Party. In the event the Parties agree to participate in the mediation process, the mediation shall be conducted by and in accordance with the rules of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), 7 Akadimias str., Athens Greece (tel. +30 320 3640815-19). The mediator shall be agreed by the Parties and if the Parties cannot agree on a mediator, he/she shall be appointed by the aforementioned ACCI. If the Parties reach agreement on the resolution of the dispute, such agreement shall be set out in writing and, once it is signed by their duly authorized representatives, shall be binding on the Parties. The fees and expenses of the Mediator shall be borne equally by the Parties.

If such a resolution is not possible within thirty (30) days of the Mediator being appointed, then each one of the Parties hereby has the right to submit the dispute to the Courts of Athens for its resolution, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and settle any dispute, which may arise out of or in connection with the agreement, in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic.

1.8. Miscellaneous provisions

AIA retains the right at its sole discretion to amend at any time any of these Terms and Conditions. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions shall be published at AIA’s website (www.aia.gr).

2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARKING AT THE PASSENGER CAR PARKING FACILITIES OF ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

2.1. Use of Passenger Car Parking Facilities

2.1.1.     The Athens International Airport S.A. (AIA) and the Management Contractor make Passenger Car Parking Facilities available exclusively to Users for the purpose of parking their Vehicles. Therefore, within Passenger Car Parking Facilities only parking services are offered to Users. The Management Contractor shall by no means undertake to keep the keys of the Users’ Vehicles. The provision of parking services within Passenger Car Parking Facilities shall by no means imply any ability of either the Management Contractor or AIA, to intervene in Users’ Vehicles.

The provision of Passenger Car Parking Facilities shall by no means imply any obligation, main or incidental, either on behalf of the Management Contractor or AIA, to keep Users’ Vehicles safe, as the Passenger Car Parking Facilities are neither guarded nor supervised at any time either by the Management Contractor or AIA. Therefore, before leaving the Passenger Car Parking Facilities, Users must make sure:

2.1.1.1.  That their Vehicles are properly locked,

2.1.1.2.  That all windows of their Vehicles are safely closed,

2.1.1.3.  If the Vehicle has a steering-wheel security system or any other similar security mechanism, including alarm system, that such mechanism has been activated,

2.1.1.4.  That no other person or animal has been left inside the Vehicle,

2.1.1.5.  That Users’ personal items are placed inside the storage spaces of their Vehicles and that they are not visible to any third parties.

2.2. Damage to the User’s Vehicle, to another Vehicle or to Third-Party Property at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities
2.2.1.    If a User’s Vehicle is damaged while parked at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities or if a User causes damage to any other Vehicle or to a third-party or to the facilities of Passenger Car Parking Facilities while using such area, then the said User must act as follows:

2.2.1.1.  On the same day, the User must inform any member of the Management Contractor’s staff about the incident, so that the relevant incident report can be filled in writing by the Management Contractor’s staff,

2.2.1.2.  The User must inform the Police immediately,

2.2.1.3.  The User must inform their insurance company as quickly as possible,

In particular, if a User causes damage to the facilities of Passenger Car Parking Facilities, to the Management Contractor or to AIA, then the said User must pay full compensation to the Management Contractor or AIA for the prompt and full remedy of any such Damage. If a User causes damage to a third party’s Vehicle or any property, then the said User must pay full compensation to the third party for the prompt and full remedy of any such Damage or to the Management Contractor or AIA, in case the Management Contractor or AIA are obliged to compensate the third party.

2.3. Safety at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities
Users must:
2.3.1.     Drive their Vehicles carefully while at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities and must strictly respect the speed limits,

2.3.2.     Park their Vehicles exclusively in the marked spaces of the Passenger Car Parking Facilities and must fully comply with any regulatory and informative signage placed from time to time by the Management Contractor,

2.3.3.     Fully comply with the regulatory and informative signage placed by the Management Contractor from time to time to regulate traffic, parking and position of Vehicles at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities,

2.3.4.     Users accompanying minors at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities must keep them under constant supervision,

2.3.5.     Pay the necessary attention and protect themselves from Vehicles moving within the Passenger Car Parking Facilities,

Users accompanying animals at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities must keep them on a leash when they are not inside the Vehicle.

2.4. Parking Tickets
2.4.1.     To enter one of the Passenger Car Parking Facilities, Users must issue a ticket from the ticket dispenser located at the entry points of the parking lots. This ticket is valid exclusively for the Vehicle for which it is issued, and is used in order to pay the relevant charges for using the parking facilities at the auto pay stations or at the staffed pay booths before exiting the parking facility.

2.4.2.     Parking tickets do not grant Users the right to occupy a specific space within the Passenger Car Parking Facilities nor do they give any User priority over other Users.All tickets are property of the Management Contractor and AIA. Users choose exclusively and at their absolute own discretion a parking space in order to park their Vehicle within the Passenger Car Parking Facilities.

2.4.3.     In case of ticket loss, the Management Contractor preserves the right to refuse the issuance of a replacement ticket until the User has adduced to the Management Contractor all necessary legal documents (User’s Identity Card, vehicle registration for the User’s Vehicle or any other supporting document that can fully prove the relationship between the User and the Vehicle) for filling in the relevant report regarding the loss of the ticket. Upon the User’s departure from the Passenger Car Parking Facility, the Management Contractor shall not be liable for any delay caused due to the ticket loss.

2.5. Charges
Users of the Passenger Car Parking Facilities are obliged to pay the Management Contractor the equivalent charge for using the parking facilities pursuant to the price list placed at the entry point of the Passenger Car Parking Facility or the applicable booking tariff, as specified in paragraph 3.1 herein.

2.6. Removal of Vehicles Parked outside the Marked Spaces
2.6.1.    The Management Contractor preserves the right to use a special vehicle (tow-crane) to remove any Vehicles parked outside the marked parking spaces and to transfer these to a designated area of the Long Term parking facility (P3). The cost for the removal and transfer of the Vehicle, which is set out on the price lists placed at the entry points of the Passenger Car Parking Facilities, shall be paid by Users. Users shall get their Vehicles back after paying, at P3 auto pay machines, the cost for the removal and transfer of their Vehicles, as well as the respective parking fee.

2.6.2.     The Management Contractor and AIA shall not be responsible for any Damage caused to a Vehicle which has been parked outside the marked spaces during the removal and transfer of such Vehicle.

2.7. Representation
Users of the Passenger Car Parking Facilities are contracted, from the moment the ticket is issued or in any other manner (User’s registration in one of the parking programmes based on parking duration) with the Management Contractor and AIA, and are considered to act both on their own behalf, as well as on behalf of all other parties having an ownership, possession or holding right on the Vehicle.

2.8. Activities Prohibited
2.8.1.      No Vehicle shall be towed within the Passenger Car Parking Facilities or enter therein in any other way except by using its own mechanical power.

2.8.2.     Users of the Passenger Car Parking Facilities are not allowed to carry out any works, repair, maintenance or washing of their Vehicles while at the parking facility.

2.8.3.     No activity related to the sale, rental or making available of the Vehicle in any other manner shall take place at the Passenger Car Parking Facilities.

2.8.4.     Parking outside the marked spaces and obstruction of the traffic lanes within the Passenger Car Parking Facilities by Vehicles is strictly prohibited. In the event this occurs, the Management Contractor preserves the right to apply term 2.6.1.

2.8.5.     While using the Passenger Car Parking Facilities, Users shall not carry out any actions that may disturb the smooth and safe operation, or cause any problem to the Management Contractor or to any other User within the Passenger Car Parking Facilities.

2.8.6.     Users shall not make noise or emit fumes without reason while in the Passenger Car Parking Facilities.

2.8.7.     Users must not discard waste of any kind in the Passenger Car Parking Facilities, but shall only use the special bins provided for this purpose.

2.8.8.     Users must place the baggage-trolleys in the areas located within the Passenger Car Parking Facilities, which are specially designed for collecting baggage-trolleys.

2.8.9.     Users shall not refuel their Vehicles, nor shall they use their Vehicles to carry fuel within the Passenger Car Parking Facilities.

2.9. Vehicle Size
Users must comply with the regulatory signage placed by the Management Contractor in relation to the height, length and width of the Vehicles allowed to enter the Passenger Car Parking Facilities.

3. BOOKING PROCESS

3.1. Booking / Payment

Parking spaces can be booked online at AIA’s website (www.aia.gr) or through Third Parties’ website (Aegean, Olympic Air, Parkaround etc.). Only one parking space can be booked at a time.

When making the booking, the User must specify the desired car park and the duration of parking.

Parking spaces must be booked no later than 30 minutes prior to the date and time when the parking space is required.

The booking you make is non-transferable from you to someone else and is valid only for the dates and times, price and car park specified in your booking.

Each reservation is unique and you can enter/exit the car park only once. After the vehicle exits the parking area the reservation is deactivated, even if the departure date stated in the reservation has not passed.

The booking has to be implemented with the following methods:

1.     By selecting the "Book Now" button, the user can make his reservation without any billing via credit card acceptance. The system prompts the user to enter personal information – name, surname, telephone number and contact email.

The User accepting the field "I wish to receive information, commercial advertisements and offers related to services and/or products, from AIA and/or for its business partners” permits and gives his/her consent to send to his email, information concerning Passenger Vehicle Parking.

The user should enter the license plate of the vehicle with which he/she enters in the parking area.

By selecting the option "Ι agree to the Terms and Conditions and I consent to the process of my personal data for the purpose of my parking booking", the user accepted that he/she has read and agrees with the terms and conditions of the current contract.

By selecting the button "Complete Reservation" the user confirms the reservation without any acceptance of credit card billing, joining to the next page by completing the reservation process.

2.     By selecting the "Pay Now" button, the user can make his/her reservation charging his credit/debit card. The system prompts the user to enter personal information – name, surname, telephone number and email.

The user should enter in a specially designed screen area the manner of payment of the reservation with the following payment information such as:

·         Card Number (mandatory field)

·         Card holders’ name (mandatory field)

·         Security Code (CVV2) (mandatory field)

-         Your card security code is a 3 or 4 digit number. For most cards, including Visa and MasterCard, the code is the 3 digits printed in the signature strip on the back of the card. For American Express, the code is the 4 digits printed on the front of the card above the main card number.

·         Expiry Date (Month/MM)-(YYYY) (mandatory field)

The user should enter the license plate of the vehicle with which he/she enters in the parking area.

The user accepts to receive the cash/credit receipt electronically in the e-mail address that he/she was asked to disclose.

The user accepts that there is no possibility of cancelling the transaction via credit/debit card, no later than 24 hours before the stated start time and date of the parking period.

By selecting the option "Ι agree to the Terms and Conditions and I consent to the process of my personal data for the purpose of my parking booking", the user accepted that he/she has read and agrees with the terms and conditions of the current contract.

The User accepting the field "I wish to receive information, commercial advertisements and offers related to services and/or products, from AIA and/or for its business partners” permits and gives his/her consent to send to his email, information concerning Passenger Vehicle Parking.

By selecting the button "Complete Reservation" the user confirms the reservation with any acceptance of credit card billing, joining to the next page by completing the reservation process.

When the User book car parking either via AIA’s website (www.aia,gr) or through Third Parties’ website (Aegean, Olympic Air, Parkaround etc.) a Booking Confirmation Email is sent to your e-mail address, containing your Booking Reference Number and a barcode.

In order to use the parking space in which you have made a booking, it is imperative that:

-       The User shall follow the instructions contained in the Booking Confirmation Email,

-       The User shall use the vehicle with the license plate specified in his booking, ensuring that the license plate is clean, undamaged and not obscured in any way,

-       The User shall print the Booking Confirmation Email containing the barcode and keep it with him in order to be recognized at the car park.

Upon the User's entrance:

-          Your vehicle is automatically recognized at the entrance of the car park, given that you use the vehicle with the license plates that you confirmed in the booking (ATTENTION: Do not press the button for ticket!). Alternatively, you will need to show the barcode contained at the Booking Confirmation Email at the barcode reader at the entry control unit.

-          Take the ticket that is automatically issued.

-          Keep the ticket with you for as long as your car remains at the Airport car park.

Upon the User's exit:

-          If you have not prepaid your booking reservation, before proceeding to your car, walk to one of the auto pay stations located at the car parking facilities with your parking ticket and pay. The available payment methods are with cash or credit card. Drive to the parking exit with the paid ticket. Insert the ticket into the exit control unit, and the barrier gate will open.

-          If you have prepaid your booking reservation, drive to the parking exit with the paid ticket. Insert the ticket into the exit control unit, and the barrier gate will open.

When the User has chosen to make his reservation without any payment through credit card, then the User accept to pay for the reserved parking service at the auto pay stations located at the car park, based on his actual parking duration, according to the applicable booking tariff. Specifically:

i)              In case the Parking Period is exactly the one specified in your Booking Confirmation Email, the booking tariff as specified in User booking confirmation email will be charged.

ii)             In case your Parking Period is greater than that specified in your Booking Confirmation Email (overstay), the appropriate fee for the additional time based on the booking tariff will be charged.

iii)            In case your Parking Period is less than that specified in your Booking Confirmation Email (under stay), the appropriate fee for your actual parking period time based on the booking tariff will be charged.

iv)           Non shows will not be charged.

When the User has chosen to make the reservation by charging his credit/debit card, then the payment will be based on the actual parking duration, according to the applicable booking tariff. Specifically:

i)      In case the Parking Period is exactly the one specified in your Booking Confirmation Email, there is no extra charge from the prepaid reservation fee specified in your booking confirmation email.

ii)     In case your Parking Period is greater than that specified in your Booking Confirmation Email (overstay), the charge is adjusted to 5,00€/day for Long Term and Economy parking lots , 10.00 €/day for Short Term parking lots (1 and 2) and 10,00 €/day for Valet Parking.

iii)    In case your Parking Period is less than that specified in your Booking Confirmation Email (under stay), the charge will not be modified, will remain the same with the prepaid reservation fee specified in your booking confirmation email.

iv)   In case you don't use the parking (Non shows), the payment will not be refunded.

In case of using a discount coupon, the User can only use one discount coupon per booking and receive the corresponding discount. Discount coupons cannot be used cumulatively. Multiple consecutive bookings using discount vouchers cannot be combined to cover a complete booking. Each reservation is unique and the User can enter/exit the car park only once. After the vehicle exits the parking area the reservation is deactivated, even if the departure date stated in the reservation has not passed.

Any queries in relation to payment can be made in writing to info.parking@aia.gr (response time within one business day).

3.2. Cancellations or Amendments to Bookings for Car Parking

Your booking or part of it can be cancelled or amended via AIA’s website, in the "Manage My Booking" section. In order to access the specific booking, the unique Booking Reference Number and email address used to make the booking are required. AIA must receive notice of the requested changes at least 24 hours before the stated start time and date of the parking period.

 Amendment of the booked parking period can only be made if parking spaces are available for the entire duration of the desired period of extension. In case of extension of an online booking this will be treated as a new booking. The prices charged for the new booking will be based on spaces and products available at that point in time and may not include the same prices as offered when the initial booking was made. In particular, a User seeking to amend an online booking which was accepted at a particular price and subsequently is seeking to extend the duration of that booking may not necessarily retain the original price as part of a new booking.

There is no extra charge for amending or canceling an online booking.

In the event that your no prepaid booking is cancelled or amended, a formal notification of the cancellation or amendment will be sent to the email address that you provided during the booking procedure.

In the event that your prepaid booking is cancelled or amended, a formal notification of the cancellation or amendment, as well as the transaction receipt/credit receipt also will be sent to the email address that you provided during the booking procedure.

In the event of the extension of the booked parking once the vehicle has entered the car park, no reservation can be modified nor combined with an additional one. The additional fee with have to be paid upon your return.

4. VALIDITY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1. Modification of the Terms and Conditions
AIA and the Management Contractor preserve the right to modify at any time and at its sole discretion the Terms and Conditions, which shall be placed at the entry points to the Passenger Car Parking Facilities.

4.2. Exceptions
All exceptions or restrictions in terms of the Management Contractor’s or AIA’s responsibility shall also apply to the employees, agents and representatives thereof.

4.3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Users of the Passenger Car Parking Facilities must fully comply with the Terms and Conditions placed before the entry points to the Passenger Car Parking Facilities. Upon entering the Passenger Car Parking Facilities, Users accept fully, irrevocably and unreservedly all these Terms and Conditions.
