AIA's Call Centre is awarded again!

Another important distinction, for AIA's Call Center. In the framework of the annual Teleperformance Greece CRM Grand Prix Customer Service Awards - 2018, the Silver Award was presented in recognition of the excellent service that AIA's Call Centre team offers daily, responding to thousands of calls with speed and reliability.

The ceremony of the Corporate Affairs Excellence Awards of the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE) was held on April 24, 2018 where AIA was honoured with the award in the Category “Public Affairs & Stakeholder Engagement” for its action "Human Trafficking Initiative" in cooperation with the Airport Hellenic Police.

Athens International Airport receives IATA’s “Fast Travel Gold Award”

The Athens International Airport has been recognized by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) by receiving the Fast Travel ‘Gold Status’. This status recognizes those airports that have implemented the necessary infrastructure to support all six Fast Travel projects, thus achieving significant innovation and improvement in passenger experience: those areas include self-check-in, bags ready-to-go, document check, flight re-booking, self-boarding, and bag recovery.

On Tuesday the 30th of May, in the framework of the “Energy Mastering Awards 2017”, Athens International Airport was honored with the GOLD Award for its licensed activity of “Electricity Grid Manager”, as the only official grid manager in Greece, except HEDNO.

In the framework of the “Facilities Management Awards 2015” prize giving ceremony, organized by Hellenic Facilities Management Association, Athens International Airport was honored at three categories, namely:

  • WINNER award at the Transportation Infrastructure category – “Facilities’ Management Best Practices”,
  • GOLD award at the at the Communal Charges category – “Operating Costs / Buildings and Communal Charges”,
  • GOLD award at the Impact on Sustainability category - “Environmental Protection & Sustainable Development”.

During the “Facilities Management Awards” event, were highlighted and have been rewarded the best practices in the area of management of business organizations, institutions and service providers.
