2.1. Use of Passenger Vehicle Parking Areas

2.1.1.     Athens International Airport S.A. (AIA) and the Operator make Passenger Vehicle Parking Areas available to Users exclusively for parking their Vehicles. Therefore, within these areas, Users are only offered parking services. Apart from the Valet Service, the Operator does not undertake to transport the User’s vehicle to a parking area or keep the vehicle’s keys. In no case will providing Passenger Vehicle Parking Facilities imply the possibility of intervention in Users’ Vehicles either by the Operator or by AIA.

In any case, providing Passenger Vehicle Parking Facilities does not constitute any obligation, direct or indirect, of either the Operator or AIA regarding the safekeeping, primary or secondary of the Vehicles, as the Passenger Vehicle Parking Facilities are not guarded or constantly supervised spaces, either by the Operator or AIA. Therefore, before leaving the Passenger Vehicle Parking Facilities, the User should make sure that:

2.1.1.1.  their Vehicle is properly locked,

2.1.1.2.  all windows of their Vehicles are secured,

2.1.1.3.  if the Vehicle has a steering-wheel lock system or other similar locking mechanism, including an alarm, this has been activated,

The user uses the ticket to pay the fee for the use of the parking space, at the automatic payment machines or at the staffed cash registers before exiting the parking facility.

2.4.2.     The ticket does not grant the User the right to occupy a specific space within the Passenger Vehicle Parking Area, nor does it give them priority over other Users. All tickets are the property of the Operator and AIA. The Users choose exclusively and at their absolute discretion the parking space within the Passenger Vehicle Parking Areas.

2.4.3.     In case of ticket loss, the Operator preserves the right to refuse to issue a replacement ticket until the User provides the Operator with all necessary legal documents (User’s Identity Card, vehicle license or any other supporting document to fully prove the User’s relationship with the Vehicle) to complete the relevant ticket loss report. 3. Parking space reservation procedure

3.1. Reservation / Purchase

Parking space reservations can be made online, either through the official AIA website (www.aia.gr) or through cooperating third parties (e.g. Aegean, Olympic Air, Parkaround, etc.). Each reservation concerns only one parking space.
During the reservation process, the User specifies the parking duration, selects the parking area and accepts the displayed reservation price, which is dynamically determined based on availability, date and time of reservation. Prices may change without prior notice, and by completing the reservation, the User explicitly accepts the price displayed at the time of booking.
The reservation must be made at least 30 minutes before the required parking time.
Each reservation is unique, non-transferable, and valid exclusively for the dates, times, price, and parking area declared.
The User may enter and exit the parking area only once. After the vehicle exits, the reservation is deactivated, even if the declared exit date has not yet passed.

Reservation Methods
1.    Reservation without immediate payment:
By selecting the “Reserve” button, the User completes the reservation process by accepting the displayed reservation value, without an immediate charge to a card.
The system requests the User’s personal details (name, surname, phone, email) and the vehicle details (license plate number).
By selecting “I agree with the Terms and Conditions…”, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accept the Terms, including dynamic pricing.

2.    Prepaid reservation:
By selecting the “Payment” button, the User completes the reservation with a charge to their credit or debit card, accepting the displayed price, which may vary depending on the timing of the reservation.
The User states that they understand that prices are dynamically set and may differ from previous or future prices for the same product or service.
Upon confirmation of the reservation, the User explicitly accepts the price in effect at the time of the transaction and agrees that this price is not subject to retroactive modification.

3.2. Reservation Cancellations or Changes

The reservation may be cancelled or modified through the AIA website (“Manage My Booking”) at least 24 hours before the start of the parking period.
In case of modification, the reservation is considered a new reservation. Prices for the new reservation are recalculated based on the applicable dynamic price list and may differ from the prices of the original reservation. The User states that they understand and accept that each change is subject to the new price displayed at the time of modification.

4. Validity and acceptance of terms

By entering the parking areas and/or completing the electronic reservation, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully and unconditionally accept these General and Special Terms, including the dynamic pricing system and their obligation to accept the price in effect at the time of the reservation.
