Lost property
Note: if you lost your luggage or notice that it is damaged upon collection from the belt, if you collected the wrong one or you have forgotten something on the airplane, you need to contact the Lost & Found Office of the Airline you traveled with. Contact details can be found here.
For items lost in the Terminal areas of Athens airport, please contact the Lost Property Office, operated by the Hellenic Police. It is located at the Arrivals Level, across Exit 3, and operates daily on a 24-hour basis.
For lost items that have been found and kept at the Lost Property Office of the Hellenic Police at Athens International Airport, if you are unable to collect them in person, you may use for an additional charge, the service offered by Deliverback.
