Real estate development & property leases
Who we are
Real Estate Development identifies new business opportunities and purses the exploitation of the airport's allocated land for commercial development, contributing to the value of the airport company's commercial (non-aviation) revenue. This includes managing contracts for established land concessions to ensure optimal utilization and compliance.
Property leasing activities include the leasing and contract management of a variety of spaces, such as offices, storages/workshops, CIP Lounges, ticket sales counters and ancillary spaces located in the terminal buildings and in the multi-tenant buildings. This also involves contract management of single-tenant buildings leased to State entities and the airport's Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities.
