Air China launches scheduled flights at Athens International Airport
On November 28th, Air China launches scheduled weekly services connecting Beijing to Athens and Dubai, departing from Athens International Airport every Monday and Thursday, with a Boeing 767-200. The first flight starts from Beijing on November 28th, arriving in Athens at 05:50 of the 29th, local time. The service’s first departure from Athens will take place at 09:30 on the same day.
Athens International Airport welcomes this important new connection, which will provide great convenience to business travel between China and Greece, and is expected to result in tourism growth between the two countries.
Furthermore, the new route increases frequencies out of Athens International Airport offering passengers 2 additional weekly frequencies to Dubai, one of the fastest growing destinations in the airport’s network.
