Athens International Airport’s Information Technology & Telecommunication Business Unit (IT&T BU) serves as the owner, operator, and integrator of IT&T infrastructure, providing reliable, state-of-the-art, cost-effective, and innovative services to its customers. As a licensed telecommunications provider, IT&T BU offers a wide range of services to the airport community - including airlines, handlers, passengers, concessionaires, authorities, etc. – as well as consulting and integrated services to both Greek and International aviation and ICT industries. 

With a strong commitment to excellence, IT&T BU supports over 300 companies and 16.000 users, delivering ISO 9001 & ISO 20000 certified services on a 24x7 basis, ensuring high reliability and cost-effectiveness. 

The IT&T BU’s dedication to innovation is further exemplified by its active engagement in Proof of Concepts (POCs), implement innovation contests, in collaboration with suppliers, ICT integrators, and startups/technology providers.
