The Athens International Airport hosts the exhibition “Yannis Moralis. A tour of Athens”, designed specifically for the venue by the Society for the study, research and promotion of modern-Greek art - Yannis Moralis Studio. The exhibition acquaints visitors with the top Greek painter, printmaker, stage designer and teacher who articulated a contemporary version of “Greekness”, fusing together elements from ancient and modern Greek culture with the influences of European modernism. With the aid of a special map in the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to discover selected works of Yannis Moralis in Athens.
