All commercial photography and filming sessions at Athens airport require prior approval and the issuance of a permit. This ensures that your production is conducted safely and in compliance with airport regulations. Our team will guide you through the application process and assist with any specific requirements. 

Charges apply to filming and photo sessions in all areas of Athens airport when conducted for commercial or advertising purposes. This includes cinema and TV productions, as well as digital or corporate productions. 

1. Submit a request: Submit your request in a timely manner, at least ten (10) working days in advance, providing details of your production, including dates, locations, script and crew size. We review each request carefully, but there may be times when we will be unable to accommodate a request due to security or operational reasons or due to lack of availability based on our booking schedule.   
2. Review and approval: Our team will review your request and work with you to finalize the details, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are in place. 
3. On-site coordination: We will coordinate with airport operations to facilitate access and provide support during your production, ensuring a seamless experience.
