How do I book my parking space?
There are 5 simple steps for a successful car park booking:
Visit www.aia.gr and select desired dates and time details.
Select the car park that best suits you.
Complete your personal details.
Complete the details of the vehicle that you plan to use.
Print out your booking confirmation email that includes the barcode that corresponds to your booking confirming all your details. You might need it in order to enter the car park.
Is there a booking fee applied for online bookings?
No booking fee is applied to bookings made online (www.aia.gr).
How close to my date/time of travel can I book my parking?
You may book up to 6 months ahead of your travel date.
Can I book at short notice?
You can make a booking up to 30 minutes prior to your arrival time.
What payment methods are accepted?
You may pay in cash, or by debit / credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.

A 24-hour customer service desk, located at the parking operator (Cityzen Parking & Services) office at the Short Term 2 parking, is available for customers needing further assistance. You may also contact with Cityzen Parking & Services at (+30) 210 3534260.

How do I confirm that my booking has been accepted?
Shortly after placing your booking you will receive a booking confirmation email with a Booking Reference Number and a barcode that corresponds to your booking confirming all your details. You should print this email and bring it with you at the airport. You can also view your booking by simply clicking on "Manage my Booking" at the top of the homepage. All bookings made are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
What is "Manage my Booking"?
This service enables you to amend or cancel your booking online up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time to the parking lot. You can amend all your booking details.
What is "Previous Bookings"?
This allows you to view the recent bookings you have made. You will simply need to enter your email address and the Booking Reference Number from the last booking made.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
For those products that can be cancelled, you may proceed with the cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time to the parking lot at no charge.
Simply click on the "Manage my Booking" button at the top of the homepage.
What if I need to amend my booking?
You can amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time to the parking lot at no charge.

Extension of the booked parking period can only be made if parking spaces are available for the entire duration of the desired period of extension. Should you decide to extend your online booking, this will be treated as a new booking. The prices charged for the new booking will be based on spaces and products available at that point in time and may not include the same prices as offered when the initial booking was made.
Is there a charge applicable for amending/cancelling my booking?
No, there is no charge for amending or canceling your online booking.
How do I confirm that my booking has been cancelled/amended?
In the event that your booking is cancelled or amended, you will receive formal notification of the cancellation or amendment by email sent to the email address that you provided during the booking process.
What if I forget or lose my booking confirmation?
It is recommended to bring with you, your booking confirmation email with the barcode, since you might need it in order to enter the car park. In the case, however, that you have not brought with you your booking confirmation email with the barcode, you can enter the car park, given that you use the vehicle with the license plates that you confirmed in the booking. Your vehicle will be automatically recognized at the entrance of the car park.
In case the parking system does not automatically issue a ticket when you enter the car park, please ask for assistance by pressing the info button at the entrance control unit.
Alternatively you can have a new booking confirmation resent by clicking on the "Manage my Booking" button at the top of the website and selecting the “Resend my confirmation” button.
What if I come with a vehicle different than the one confirmed in the booking?
If you are going to use a different vehicle to that detailed on your booking confirmation email, you can amend these details to your booking online. Simply click on “Manage my Booking” function at the top of the website.
Nevertheless, if you have printed and brought with you the barcode contained in your booking confirmation email you will still be able to enter the car park, showing the barcode at the barcode reader at the entry barrier.

How do I book parking for disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility?
We do not differentiate the car parking product for disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility. Whilst each of our car parks has a number of accessible spaces available for disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility at both the Short Τerm (1 & 2) and Long Τerm parking lots, unfortunately you cannot reserve any specific space via the online booking system. What do I do when I get to the car park?
Upon your entrance at the chosen car park:
Your vehicle is automatically recognized at the entrance of the car park, given that you use the vehicle with the license plate that you confirmed in the booking (ATTENTION: Do not press the button for ticket!). Alternatively, you will need to scan the barcode contained at the booking confirmation email at the barcode reader at the car park entrance.
Take the ticket that is automatically issued.
Please keep the ticket with you for as long as your car remains at the airport car park.
The confirmation email you will receive gives comprehensive instructions on what to do when you arrive at the car park.
What happens when I return to the car park?
If you have not prepaid your booking reservation, before proceeding to your car, walk to one of the auto pay stations located at the car parking facilities with your parking ticket and pay. The available payment methods are with cash or by debit / credit card.
Drive to the parking exit with the paid ticket. Insert the ticket into the exit control unit, and the barrier gate will open.

How much earlier can I enter the car park prior to my confirmed booking time?
You can enter the car park up to 2 hours prior to your confirmed booking time.
What if I have not prepaid my reservation through credit/debit card and enter the car park earlier than my confirmed booking time or exit the car park later than my confirmed booking time?
In case you have chosen to make a reservation without any payment through credit / debit card, then you should pay for the reserved parking service at the auto pay stations located at the car park, based on your actual parking duration, according to the applicable booking tariff. Specifically:
i) In case the Parking Period is exactly the one specified in your booking confirmation email, the booking tariff as specified in User booking confirmation email will be charged.
ii) In case your Parking Period is greater than that specified in your booking confirmation email (overstay), the appropriate fee for the additional time based on the booking tariff will be charged.
iii) In case your Parking Period is less than that specified in your booking confirmation email (under-stay), the appropriate fee for your actual parking period time based on the booking tariff will be charged.
iv) Non-shows will not be charged
What if I have prepaid my reservation through credit/debit card and enter the car park earlier or later than my confirmed booking time or exit the car park earlier or later than my confirmed booking time?
If you have chosen to make the reservation by charging your credit/debit card, then the payment will be based on the actual parking duration, according to the applicable booking tariff.
i) In case the Parking Period is exactly the one specified in your booking confirmation email, there is no extra charge from the prepaid reservation fee specified in your bbooking confirmation email.
ii) In case your Parking Period is greater than that specified in your booking confirmation email (overstay), the charge is adjusted to €5,00/day for Long Term and Economy and €10.00/day for Short Term (1 and 2) and €13,00/day for Valet Parking.
iii) In case your Parking Period is less than that specified in your booking confirmation email (under-stay), the charge will not be modified, will remain the same with the prepaid reservation fee specified in your booking confirmation email.
iv) In case you don't use the parking (Non-shows), the payment will not be refunded.
How can I become a member of the Park€Win program?
In order to become a member, you will need to complete the following steps:
1. Click the “Register” button located on the upper right side of the screen at parking website.
2. Complete all required fields using latin characters.
3. Password length must be between a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 latin characters. It should contain a mixture of at least 1 upper and lowercase Alpha and 1 numeric character(ex. Support1).
4. The vehicle plate should be written in latin characters and numbers without space or dash among them.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Points collection is valid for every prepaid or postpaid booking made through AIA’a official site (www.aia.gr) for any parking lot.
2. Always log in prior to booking process so that points collected are automatically added to your account.
3. Points redemption is valid for prepaid bookings in any parking lot.
4. You can increase your saved points and redeem them at any time as there are no time restrictions.
5. You can redeem up to 2500 points in a single booking.
6. Points cannot be collected in bookings where you redeem points, even if there is a debit balance.
7. When a booking is cancelled, points earned are also cancelled.
8. In case of additional charge due to overstay, no additional points are collected.
9. Points collected, can only be activated once you have completed the booking process, payment included.
10. The points collection scheme can be modified without prior notification.
