Pair and Win

The company “Athens International Airport S.A.” (AIA) in collaboration with the stores Αpivita, Attica Selections, Ergon Originals, Kostarelos, LiLALO, Panaidis Eyewear Boutique, Pinko, Sun of a Beach, The Greek Designers Store, Vilebrequin and the airline company IBERIA, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer", are organizing a contest titled “Shopping Euphoria Pair & Win” (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") with the following terms of participation (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms").
The Contest is addressed to all passengers of IBERIA flying to Madrid from Athens International Airport (“Eleftherios Venizelos”), hereinafter referred to as the “Airport”, for the period from May 1st, 2026 to June 30th, 2026. 
The Contest will be held within the stores of Αpivita, Attica Selections, Ergon Originals, Kostarelos, LiLALO, Panaidis Eyewear Boutique, Pinko, Sun of a Beach, The Greek Designers Store and Vilebrequin in the Intra-Schengen area of the Airport that have physical stores.

1.    1.1    Contest Duration
The Contest will run from May 1st, 2026 to June 30th, 2026.

1.2    Prizes
The Contest will select two (2) winners – one each month. 
Each winner will get both prizes below: 
1.    AVIOS points, equivalent to a pair of round-trip tickets from Athens to Madrid, with IBERIA
2.    One (1) gift voucher of €500 total value for purchases to one of the participating stores of the Airport Agora stores at the Airport.
The gift voucher should be redeemed once in its entirety.

1.3    Participation Right 
Only IBERIA passengers (hereinafter the passenger or passengers and in case such passenger or passengers win, the winner or the winners), who have reached the age of eighteen (18) on the day of their participation in the Contest, are eligible to participate in the Contest. Employees of AIA, of the stores Αpivita, Attica Selections, Ergon Originals, Kostarelos, LiLALO, Panaidis Eyewear Boutique, Pinko, Sun of a Beach, The Greek Designers Store, Vilebrequin and IBERIA are excluded. If a passenger is selected as a winner of one of the above routes, who has won in the previous draw of the Contest, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize of the Contest to the first runner-up. 

2.    Contest Participation Process
The passenger will receive the discount coupon from the IBERIA check-in counters at the Airport, stating the 10% discount for participating stores located within the Airport, which also includes relevant information about the Competition.
The passenger must then visit and use the discount coupon in one or more of the following stores, of Αpivita, Attica Selections, Ergon Originals, Kostarelos, LiLALO, Panaidis Eyewear Boutique, Pinko, Sun of a Beach, The Greek Designers Store and Vilebrequin located within the Airport by showing the discount coupon as well as the boarding pass at the store’s cashier desk. Based on the coupon, he/she will receive the relevant discount, to the total transaction value, which is not combined with other offers or discounts and applies for selected products. 
After completing the purchase from the above stores, the passenger should scan with his/her mobile phone the QR code of the Contest, which will be specially displayed at the cashier desks of the stores participating in the Contest or the QR code on the discount coupon and fill in his/her details in the form linked to the QR code of the Contest.
The information the passenger will be asked for is: First Name, Last Name, Contact Phone, E-mail.
Afterwards, the passenger should upload a photo of the purchase receipt. The passenger should also give his/her consent to the processing of personal data and accept the terms of the contest by pressing the SUBMIT button.
For the participation to be valid, the passenger must have registered such participation on the day of his/her trip, and the trip must have taken place from 01/05/26 to 30/06/26.

3.    Use of AVIOS points /Tickets 
IBERIA offers the winners AVIOS points, equivalent to the value of a pair of round-trip tickets from Athens to Madrid (excluding airport taxes).
AVIOS are points that will be used during the reservation as the currency for redeeming the value of the ticket.
The reservation / issuance process of the airline tickets will be done directly and exclusively from the IBERIA website, www.iberia.com. 
During the reservation and payment of their tickets, the winners will only have to pay the airport taxes.
For any issue regarding the reservation / issuance process of the airline tickets the winners could contact Mrs. Sandali Katerina via email address [email protected].
When the reservation and payment of their tickets are completed, the winners are entitled to be reimbursed by AIA for the airport taxes paid. They must send proof of payment with the amount indicated to the following emails [email protected], [email protected]  and [email protected]  in order to be informed by AIA about the airport taxes refund procedure.
The refund of the airport taxes amount paid by the winners will be made via deposit into the personal bank account that the winner will provide. Such a refund process may take place only once for every winner. It is clarified that AIA and the stores Αpivita, Attica Selections, Ergon Originals, Kostarelos, LiLALO, Panaidis Eyewear Boutique, Pinko, Sun of a Beach, The Greek Designers Store and Vilebrequin bear no responsibility for the reservation and/or the actual implementation of the flight, including boarding, disembarking or handling of any type of baggage by IBERIA.
Tickets cannot be transferred, sold, redeemed or used on another airline or destination.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.  
No changes are allowed after the tickets have been issued. 
There is no compensation in case of non-use of air tickets or boarding denial.
Winners should have all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) on their own responsibility and diligence.
Winners are eligible to redeem their AVIOS points over a period of three (3) years. AVIOS points expire after three (3) years if there is no activity for a period of 36 months.
If the above time period has lapsed and the winner has not traveled for any reason, the winner loses every right or claim to the prize, without any exception whatsoever. 
Winner's chosen travel dates may have to vary depending on flight availability.
The issuance of the ticket will depend on the availability of seats in the specified class.

4.    Gift vouchers
Winners can redeem the gift vouchers only at the stores Αpivita, Attica Selections, Ergon Originals, Kostarelos, LiLALO, Panaidis Eyewear Boutique, Pinko, Sun of a Beach, The Greek Designers Store and Vilebrequin located at Athens Airport.
The value of the gift voucher can be redeemed only in one store, in a single purchase and once. It is not exchanged for money, even in the case of purchasing products of lower value. 
The gift voucher may be redeemed only during a trip from the Airport. 
Upon completion of the redemption, the store cashier will collect the gift voucher.
The gift voucher will be sent to the winners by e-mail or in paper format by courier. The gift voucher will contain the details of the winner (name & surname) and can only be used by him/her.
The gift voucher cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money.
Winners may redeem the gift voucher until 31/12/2026.
If the above period of time has lapsed and the winner has not redeemed the gift voucher for any reason, the winner loses every right or claims the prize, without any exceptions whatsoever.
In case of loss of the gift voucher, its replacement / re-issuance will not be feasible. 

5.    Procedure and dates of draws / Announcement of winners
The monthly electronic draws to select the two (2) winners will take place as follows:
1st Winner: 5 June 2026
2nd Winner: 6 July 2026
In the draw of every month, the passengers who registered participation in the previous month will participate, and specifically: (a) passengers, who registered participation from 01/05/2026 until 31/05/2026, will participate in the draw that will be held on 05/06/2026, (b) passengers, who registered participation from 01/06/206 until 30/06/26, will participate in the draw that will be held on 06/07/2026.
The electronic draw to select the winners will take place at AIA’s offices among the valid participants.
If for any reason the carrying out of the electronic lottery is not possible to take place on the aforementioned dates, AIA reserves the right to change these dates at any time with prior notice update of the Contest’s Terms, which are posted on AIA’s website.
Winners will be notified via e-mail or contacted by phone in the number they had stated in the Contest participation form.

6.    General
The passengers and the winners are solely responsible for providing the necessary information including their own personal data or e-mail for participating to the Contest or receiving the prizes as per the present Terms.
Participation by any passenger by placing conditions and/or in contrary or in deviation of the present Terms and selection of the Prizes by the winners subject to conditions and/or in contrary or in deviation of the present Terms entail and results in the immediate cancellation of the participation or the delivery of the prize.    
If the winners do not appear within twenty (20) calendar days after being e-mailed, the Organizer will contact exclusively via e-mail and excluding any other means of communication the first runner-up. If the first (1st) runner-up does not subsequently appear within twenty (20) calendar days from the dispatch of the e-mail, the Organizer will contact again exclusively via e-mail and excluding any other means of communication the next runner-up. In the event that communication is not possible via e-mail for any reason whatsoever, with any of the runners-up, then the prize will not be used.
During the electronic communication, the winner will be asked for full details as shown on the winner’s passport and/or ID Card (surname, father’s name, date of birth, fixed or mobile phone number and home address), so as the identification verification to be feasible upon redemption of the prize.
The Organizer does not bear any responsibility for anything related to the above prize, except for its delivery to the Contest’s winners. The Organizer is released from the obligation to deliver the prize in cases where the conditions of participation in the Contest have not been met. Winners have three (3) years to complete their trip with IBERIA and until 31/12/2026 proceed with the redemption of the gift vouchers.
The Organizer is not responsible in the event of an error in the system software, as well as for the obstruction of the conduct of the Contest due to fault or malicious action of third parties.
Furthermore, the Organizer bears no liability, criminal or civil, to any winner or third party, for any accident and/or damage and/or physical or material damage caused to them directly or indirectly related to the gift voucher or the trip or for any other cause, including any product selected/purchased by the winner from the stores participating in the Contest and for any cost, loss or damage of any kind incurred by the party as a result of such purchase/selection.
The results of the Contest cannot be questioned or challenged by any legal remedy and the winners specifically by participating in the Contest irrevocably wave any relevant right in this respect. 
The Organizer reserves the right to announce the names and publish photos, audio performances and video recordings of the winners on its websites, in any of its publications, as well as to advertise any relevant event.
In this context, the winners, by participating in the Contest, unconditionally agree to all of the above and all of the present Terms without the payment of any fee or compensation and are bound, without any claim for compensation, remuneration, exchange, reimbursement of expenses or in general without no other requirement, to facilitate the Organizer in the timely production of relevant visual and audio material. If the winners wish, they will be able to attend an event held by the Organizer upon its invitation. At the same time, automatically by participating in the Contest, the winners allow the Organizer to use their photos, as well as their recorded image and/or recording for advertising purposes, in any form of advertising, for one (1) year from the collection of the prizes, without prior consultation with them and without financial or other demand on their part.
In any case of cancellation of each winner’s participation, the prize is acquired by the immediately following runner-up, as he/she was declared by the lottery in the time order of his/her selection.
Passengers participating in the Contest guarantee that they will provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about themselves during their registration and the explicit consent of their participation (opt in) in the Contest (hereinafter "Registration Data"), but also for the right to delete them (Opt out) from the Registration Data. The Organizer reserves the right, in case of illegal technical influence on the Organizer's systems or in general fraud or unfair interference of the participant or a third party in favor of a participant either user or winner, to immediately disqualify such user or winner.
In addition, they are committed to maintaining and timely updating the Registration Data so that it is true, accurate, current and complete during the Contest. If the participants use false, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete or misleading information, the Organizer bears no responsibility and the participants themselves are considered solely responsible for the altered depiction of their situation. The data that will be collected will include the above mentioned.
Without prejudice to the above, it is not mandatory to provide any additional data, which is not necessary or reasonable to request in the context of the Contest. In any case, even in case of negligence, the Organizer is not responsible for any damages of any kind – nature, related to the voluntary publication by the participants of personal details or other sensitive information of themselves or third parties. In any case, the participants accept full and exclusive responsibility for any potential consequences, even in the case of malicious harassment by third parties.
The Organizer reserves the right to differentiate at any time the present conditions, by informing the public promptly.
The Terms of Participation and the Personal Data Protection Statement are posted on AIA’s Website.

7.    Privacy Notice
Athens International Airport S.A (AIA) acknowledges and respects the importance of each user’s personal data and commits to safeguard their availability, integrity, and confidentiality for the period these are retained.
7.1.    Data Controller: “Athens International Airport S.A.” (AIA), with corporate seat at Administration Building (B17), Spata Attica, Postal Code 190 19, is the Data Controller for this processing activity. 7.2.    Type of personal data processed: The application processes name, contact information (phone number and e-mail address) as well as the photo of the payment receipt and boarding pass. AIA implements organizational and technical measures to secure the data protection upon their transfer as well as for the period they are stored.
7.3.    Purpose and scope of processing: Data processing is necessary for the participation in the activity, upon acceptance of the participation terms and personal consent for the processing of Personal Data exclusively for the purpose of the activity.
Separate user consent is required for subscription to receive AIA’s newsletters, offers and promotion material (digital marketing).
7.4.    Third party processing: Data processing is performed within European Economic Area (EEA) by the following entities, on behalf of AIA:
"Grammedia LTD (Contact Pigeon)”, seated at Leof. Pentelis Str. 74, Chalandri 15234 ([email protected]) which processes, on behalf of AIA, the consent and the personal data for participating in the subject activity and in addition for the provision of digital marketing services.
7.5.    Retention Period: The personal data processed for participation in the Shopping Euphoria Pair & Win is kept for 1 year to fulfil the competition gifts’ purposes. Personal data as subscribers to newsletters, offers and promotions for Airport services and stores (digital marketing) is retained as long as you do not withdraw your consent.
Note: AIA may retain personal data for the duration of any period necessary to establish, exercise or defend any legal rights or at such longer retention period as may be required by applicable law.
7.6.    Rights to access and manage personal data: Requests to exercise the rights of data subjects are communicated to AIA’s Personal Data Protection Officer (as per par. 1).
Note: The exercise of rights may be subject to applicable regulatory, or operational restrictions.
7.7.    Right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority at: www.dpa.gr.
