Photographic exhibition "Urban Survivors - A Journey Into The Margins Of Contemporary Cities"

Athens International Airport hosted the important photographic exhibition of Médecins Sans Frontières - MSF titled “Urban Survivors - A Journey Into The Margins of Contemporary Cities” from May 13th to August 30th. 

The exhibition presented heartbreaking images of high artistic value that famous photographers from Noor/Apeiron agency, i.e. Stanley Greene, Francesco Zizola, Pep Bonet, Alixandra Fazzina και Jon Lowenstein, captured while travelling with Médecins Sans Frontières in the slums of Dhaka, Karachi, Nairobi, Johannesburg and Port au Prince. The photo exhibition and the video projection also depicted slums of Guatemala City and Tegucigalpa, while it revealed urban survivors’ daily lives and the challenges they face.
