"The Athens of yesterday, today" By Aristeidis Kontogeorgis

This unique exhibition curated by Manos Stefanidis and organised in cooperation with Art Athina displays the subversive photographs of A. Kontogeorgis. His glance portrays city staples from alternative points of view without idealising or embellishing. In a distinctive personal way, Kontogiorgis accomplishes a delicate blending of contemporary Athens with the exceptional classicistic sculptures of the 19th century.
